SourcePoint Seeks Providers for In-Home Care Services

Adult Day Care, Homemaking, Nursing, Personal Care, Respite, and More

PRESS RELEASE—SourcePoint is currently seeking partners to provide in-home services to Delaware County residents ages 55 and older. Providers are needed for adult day care, chore services, home repair and modification, including maintenance and extermination, homemaking, homemaker escort, nursing, personal care, and respite for the 2020-2021 contract period beginning Jan. 1, 2020. These services are in high demand throughout the county due to the rapidly growing older population.

SourcePoint is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of in-home care services and community programs in Delaware County. In-home services are designed to help older adults remain living safely and independently in their own homes. In addition to the services for which it is seeking providers, SourcePoint offers emergency response systems, Meals on Wheels, medical transportation, and mental health counseling.

All contracted service providers are held to a high standard of care, maintained by a thorough screening process and ongoing quality monitoring. Care consultants, SourcePoint’s trained and licensed professionals, maintain regular contact with in-home care clients to oversee services and ensure consistent quality.
