Powerful Tools for Caregivers Workshops

Tuesdays, May 12‒June 16 from 11:30 a.m.‒1 p.m.

SourcePoint’s free, six-week workshop helps family caregivers develop tools and strategies to face the challenges of caregiving, such as how to:

  • Identify and reduce personal stress.
  • Communicate your own feelings, needs, and concerns.
  • Communicate in challenging situations.
  • Learn from your emotions.
  • Master caregiving decisions.

Registration is required. Click here or call 740-363-6677 by May 11. Each caregiver will receive an email from Jessica Adams with a link to the online workshop, as well as a copy of “The Caregiver Handbook” and other handouts in the mail. To participate, either the caregiver or the care recipient must reside in Delaware County. Each caregiver will receive a copy of “The Caregiver Handbook.” Flyer
